I would like to be in the 180's by the end of August. 193 today. It is probably unrealistic, but I'll give it my best shot. I'm in the purple and I have the good food, but I have been LAZY LAZY LAZY! My condition has left me sleeping/resting alot this week and I wish I could use my rebounder. But, I can barely walk across the room. Maybe tomorrow?

I was having trouble with fatigue, but now I take a daily vitamin and it has helped. Some days though, I don't feel like doing diddly squat! Especially when it's hot and humid outside.

Thanks cocbutt. I do take vitamins/minerals everyday (when I remeber!) But I have a stupid disease that kicks my butt sometimes. But, let me tell you, the ATKINS WOE has helped so much in controlling my symptoms.

Thanks moondove! This month has been the hardest of all. Lots of ups/downs...i only lost 6 lbs. Not near enough exercise! so, I'm pluggin along slow but sure.
