Hoping to cut some more wood today if hubby is feeling up to it. Coffee is brewing and I'm ready to hop on my elliptical for a workout to wake me up!! I am back to actually tracking what I eat which is good and making healthier choices most of the time. Waiting for Tuesday to arrive to meet with the doc. Read about Cyberknife treatment yesterday ... looks like it could be promising if we can get our insurance company to cover it ... it is still in clinical trials. I hope everyone has a simply sensational Sunday!!!

I really don't do a lot of the chopping/splitting of the wood. I'm just no good at it. I'm also not allowed to use the chainsaw!! LOL!!! So, my job is picking up the log sections, hoisting them onto the chopping block so hubby can split the log. I also load wood into the truck, help with stacking, stabilize logs for him to cut with the chainsaw ... etc. A lot of bending over so my rear gets sorer than anything else!! Oh and scratches from the wood, splinters, sawdust everywhere ... I am quite the site when we are done!!

I thought I was the only one not allowed to use the chain saw. I'm chief humper and shifter too! Very elegant look when you've finished isn't it?

Hi moose: As you have probably noticed, I've fallen a bit behind on things Fatsecret. Today, I'm so happy to see your chart pulling back dramatically into the "strike zone." I knew you would hang in there because you are inherently strong and will not allow yourself the luxury of losing your way during this critical period. I looked at the Cyberknife Treatment and it looking interesting to me as well, but I know little of these matters. With all my heart, I pray that things work out favorably for your husband on Teusday.

thanks Info ... he is really struggling ... worrying so much about me being okay and really not feeling hopeful about the future. I know he needs to talk to me about all the things he wants me to do when he is no longer here but it is emotionally exhausting for me. I know I need to "keep my way" during this time ... otherwise I'll just end up feeling worse. No worries about being "behind" ... you have quite a few buddies and a life of your own!!! I wish y'all could see me right now ... woodchips and sawdust just about everywhere!!! We're done for the day I think ... shower in my future!!
