I logged more than 24,000 steps on my Fitbit today! Whew, now I'm ready to sit down, lol.

We bought a WII and got the wii fit cd, it is awesome, great way to get good exercise and I do the balance and yoga sections as I need to improve my balance and inner core strength. My knees restrict the amount of walking I can do and biking is a non issue.

My balance has always been an issue too. I used to use the Wii fit too, I should really start that again.

That's a great job you are doing with your FitBit, are you on the FitBit site keeping track of your steps? I have a FitBit also and I think the highest I have doe in a day is 20,000.
