Reached my mini goal on Monday July 18th of 165. I have 20 lbs to to my goal. I actually loss 10 lbs on atkins before I joined this website so I have lost a total of 48 lbs so far. I cant believe how much my eating habits have changed. And how much better I feel physically and emotionally. I have a feeling the hardest is yet to come but I am ready. I am going all the way this time and never going back to my old WOE. Next mini goal 155.
