OK - I'm back from my 2 weeks at my daughters. If its done nothing else, it has confirmed my resolution that I don't want to move from here. I'm not saying never, but not now. We went to a battle proms picnic in the park at the weekend. I found it a bit emotional as OH was an army man. The spitfire fly past to Jupiter from the Holst Planet suite was superb and the fireworks at the end were spectacular.
Like others here my weight is back up again and feelings are controlling my eating. Why oh why when we feel down do we eat rubbish and make ourselves feel even worse? When I'm eating well I feel so much better and have so much more energy. I know I can't expect too much of myself at the moment, but I have to get back in control. Back to square 1 and start again!
