Does jogging into the wind count as double? Well it should. Glad i had my sunglasses on since the wind was blowing all sorts of things around. Pretty sure I inhaled part of a leaf, lol. It felt good to get out there, hadn't jogged in a couple of weeks due to my schedule but it looks like I can do a couple of more times this week. =)

Yes, it does count double...lol...but ONLY if jogging with the wind to your back counts as half...lol. Congrats on the run and the commitment to future plans for the week. PS:: You don't have to log the leaf...prob. about same calories as lettuce...lol :)
