So five months without tracking, and I've only gained 2.6 pounds. That's not so bad!
Granted, I know I've lost muscle, so there's been more than just a 2.6 lb shift in fat gain. But still, I was expecting to feel a lot more discouraged.
Back on it. I brought lunch and walking shoes to work today. We'll see if the weather holds out.
