Weighed in this morning. I was a hair below 170 so I'm saying about 169. Most likely its 169.5 but I don't have a digital scale. I did well yesterday, few tempations( like I had a litle peanut butter) my favorite.
I did go for a long walk with the baby, stroller & dog! I worked up a sweat, but I mostly think it was hot out. I also used the excersise bike as well as a little bit on my hand weights.
