Hellooooo!!! Okay so this has worked before for me when I was 17, so I'm trying it again. I would like to go from 171lb to 145lb. During my pregnancy I went from 150-185 and have varied between 168-175 in the last year. I need to just do something serious and loose the weight. I've done it before, I can do it again.
Here are some goals for now:
168lbs: June 1st
162lbs: June 15th ( go out and get a pedicure!!)
160lbs: July 1st
155lbs: July 15th (massage!!)
