Back on here again! Hopefully this will help with my weight loss.I just gave birth to my second child on October 1st. My pre-pregnancy weight was 168 and before I had him I was at 206. Currenly,10 days later I am at 183. I'm eating healthy, no sweets at all! I have a wedding I will be in in January and hope to get to at least 160. I know I can loose 23pds by then!

Still at 170, I worked out a bit last night. I'm just not doing it long enough.. I need to push myself more and change up my routine. I keep telling myself, just wake up earlier and work out, but I can't get myself out of bed.
Hopefully can join the gym soon. That's what I think will give me a better push!

I feel like I fell off the bandwagon. I hate shopping when I'm hungry, too much food. I really didn't eat terrible the past few days but I have not excersised really since Thursday. I've had a really bad headache and Aunt flow for since Friday. Tylenol is just not doing it. No excuses. Got on the scale today and was back at 170.
I'm determind to get back to working out this evening.
