I feel your pain! My hubby is the same- and when I ask for his help (by not eating junk food at night- and offering it too me when I'm at my most vulnerable) he says I'm 'diet obsessed' or a 'food fanatic' ....then when my will-power crumbles he tells me I'm 'fat and lazy'. So it's best to be sneaky- try replacing his snack foods with sugar free or low-cal versions of the similar products. Allot of low/no-sugar chocolate no comes in packaging that is similar to the original.

Do your journey for you...
My husband and I eat very different,I can't eat like my husband ..He can eat and eat and never had had any issues .
I eat for myself.
Kathy stay strong for yourself ..
If he's telling you negitive stuff get up and move away from listening to that rubbish Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful...And keep saying it till U believe it .Be proud of your little success and walk tall .

Maybe substitute with air fried popcorn. I use spray oil and popcorn salt on mine
