Slowly getting back to the old system of good habits. I managed to let working out go to the wayside, but did do pretty well with my meals. Started with scrambled eggs/veggies/meatless crumbles/cheese breakfast with coffee and cream. In the evening before going grocery shopping, I refueled on soy milk and protein shake. Did good with my extensive, healthy grocery shopping and managed to get all the ingredients for all healthy meals, snacks, and on the road-times. It took longer, and entailed three stops, so it got pretty late by the time I got home, allowing me time for dinner and then too little time to get to go to the gym, so I skipped it!!! Tomorrow I'll have to plan better and get in my workout earlier in the day--leaving it to the end is not a good plan.
For dinner, I had brie/tomato/basil slices, a cup of grapes..and oops, the leftover goldfish crackers!!! No more of that junk anymore!! I didn't succumb and go for the left over chinese food from yesterday, and just threw it out...so that's one little redeeming point.
I drank good amount of water too. Ok, tomorrow I need to focus on a good breakfast, working out, and cook a good dinner with all the lovely ingredients I have from today.
