Hit the road today since it was the perfect weather, funny but I was sweating like crazy! Felt good to be able to get out and stretch my legs.
It's fall and that means that people are cooking yummy things. Oh for the willpower to resist much of them!

You have to take advantage of the nice weather now. Before you know it, winter will be here for good. I also read somewhere that our bodies start going into hibernation state and starts storing fats for the winter. Don't know how true that is, but with the holiday's coming, we're going to need all the willpower we have.
