Thought I would add a little flavor to my morning coffee,bought sugar free coffeemate creamer. Well it is sugar free but put in corn syrup instead,not a good choice. Will read label at the store from now on.

That sounds like a word to the wise. When I first read your post, I realized that I've been buying Sugar free Coffeemate creamer too, and only recently restocked. I was compelled to run and see it for myself, and of course corn syrup is the first ingredient listed, after water. I guess I'll be reading the labels more closely too.

When I want some flavor in my coffee I add some sugar free sirup to the coffee pot... about a tsp not more since I don't like it that sweet. Milk is coming from sugar free almond milk. //As far as I have seen it, those sirups contain Splenda or sugar alcohol.
