Bekka, After looking at your diet journal I want to applaud you for your keeping lower calories, and losing 25 lbs. May I suggest you cut back on the juices they are empty calories. 260 in one day yesterday for you that you could eat something filling like veggies. The chips are lighter, but again not filling for you with natural fiber and lower calories your body needs like veggies. I wish I was close to you. We could go shopping and walk together.
