Weight loss by month:

October - 17 lbs
November -6 lbs
December - 3 lbs
January - 8 lbs
February - 4 lbs
March - 5 lbs
April - 7 lbs
May - 1.5 lbs
June - 2.3 lbs
July - 3 lbs
August - 4 lbs

I focused back on my nutrition this month and started a solid workout plan with a trainer. My next mini goal is to get to -60 pounds. then Get to 149. I have about 20 pounds to go! My overall health has definitely improved; Then I can fine tune this body!

thanks everyone; your support and comments helps me focus and keep going; honestly I don't think I would survive a day without you; it's getting really hard but i want to regain my health . .. . @natrinker: you can do it! you just need some sort of plan to start with and sticking to it! I read people's food logs and fitness plans religiously, to gain insight and inspiration! good luck to everyone and thanks again!!!!

thank you wholefood, rockiesfan, draglist and christy! and all friends i've gotten to know over the past months who will stop by later; hope you're all enjoying labor day weekend; i have the house and baby to myself while hubby and big kids are camping . . . . . i went to a pool party yesterday and had a bit too much carbs! It'll be my high calorie day . .. . still on track . ... . i have to come up with more foods i like to make; healthy staples from ingredients i like . . . .

Carbs from vegetables are healthy. Carbs from fruits may increase your sugars. I'm sure you will tweak what you can eat safely. Don't forget to change the arctic air conditioner to the "normal" position. ;)

oh my god deb so funny! i don't have it set as low as i usually do when they go on their annual labor day trip, but it is nice and cold! i know veggie carbs are good, but i'm undecided about legumes and black rice and that category. rice is a big no-no for me because it converts to sugar but black rice is technically a seed. i have to see if it works for me, each body is different but there's a lot of different opinions out there about beans and grains; any thoughts?

wholefoodnut: i think i have forgotten how to smile; it's been a while. i am enjoying my time with the little man but boy is he a handful! i was feeling very dizzy again today in the afternoon so i stayed in and played and relaxed with him .. . he's asleep now!

guys please don't add up my totals; something's not right about my math and it adds up to more than what i've actually lost; so much for my good math skills; the beginning months are approximated and i'm trying to remember to do an end of the month weigh in . . . .
