I just went on a 10K walk for the March of Dimes/March for Babies. What a great walk! I don't know how far that is in miles, but I really enjoyed the walk in an area that I'm not really familiar with and with a friend that I enjoy talking with. It's nice to be able to walk like that and not get winded and enjoy myself. Another great motivator to not go back to where I came from!
