Thank you. I have tried low carb, no carb, paleo, gluten free, certain programs with food restrictions and exercise videos. Nothing was sticking for me. Do m ot get me wrong, I have only been doing my own exercises since August 1st, so there is not much proof yet that this will stick, but i feel better in these last 8 days then i have over the last three years. Its quite freeing. I truly appreciate everyones support. Thank you!!!!
