I finally broke a 12:30 min mile pace running! 11:53 average for 2.4 miles. My legs feel like jello and I still kinda feel like I might puke...but it feels great!

So I went shopping hungry today, I know that's a terrible thing to do. But I opened my box of kashi go lean bars to eat while shopping, instead of getting honey bbq boneless chicken wings. This is a victory.

20 pounds gone is right around the corner, can't wait! I bought a size medium shirt today. And it's a button up...and it actually buttons over my boobs with no gaping.
