Did well yesterday. Today, so far so good. I've decided to try switching slowly over to flavored water. I'm addicted to diet soda and have been since I was a teen. So, I bought those drops you put in your water with caffeine (so I don't have caffeine withdraws). Slowly but surely I hope to get off soda all together. Go me!
