I decided to add up all the calories of what my average day of eating was before I decided to make some changes. It came to just over 2,600 calorie. I've had many days where I ate even more than that. I'm not trying to beat myself up over it, and I didn't do this to be negative. I just never really thought about how much I was eating before.
One thing I want to work on more is recording my food. Also this week I have a goal of getting to the gym at least 5 days.

Throw away ALL SODA AND POP…that is nothing good and just spikes your sugar cravings…Get a bottle of WATER or fill up your own water bottle, Slice up a lemon with some other citrus like lime or grapefruit and sip it..healthy for you and detoxing…just make small changes and the longterm result will be improved health and your body will respond and heal.

I am good at logging- the first month of logging was a real eye opener for me. I wear the FitBit Flex which I love it! I know how many calories I burn a day so my goal is to be in deficit each day. There is a month at a glance on this site that shows you the totals each day and the average daily of the month. I use that too. What can I say? I like the math!
