Today I start the Transformation Phase of my diet. I weighed in this morning at 177 lbs, which is 17 down from the very beginning of my change on 2/14/11. (I didn't find this site until almost a week later, so any prior weight is not recorded on my page). So, overall, I have lost 17 pounds just in the reboot, recharge, recover (base camp) phase (12 days). And now I get to Transform my body for the next 12 weeks. I am eager to get into the swing of this phase so that it becomes a habit, then will become a way of life for me, second nature...then something I crave. I want to crave two things, My Lord and the ability to live strong for my Lord.
I noticed when looking back at my food journal that I have not included any water intake. The reason for this is that I drink waaaaay too much water to keep tabs on it. I drink water all day long. Besides the occasional 1/2 glass of Orange Juice, it's (water) the only thing I drink. So, while you don't see it on my journal, you can assume it's water with every meal and water in-between too.
Today is also the start of the Biggest Loser Challenge on this site. I know having a group that is committed to this change will be a great encourager for all of us to continue pushing, striving, and succeeding.
