weight is slowly going back to my loss before the chinese food and pizza binge. Today was long, busy, and very tiring at work. I had a business lunch and did rather well ordering the right stuff(salad with mustard vinaigraitte, walnuts (good nuts!), cranberries (discarded them), goat cheese croutons (breaded?) and a portobello sandwich w/o bread, with mushroom and red pepper relish and gorgonzola cheese.
Was very very tempted to get some food-therapy after my long day by stopping by and getting some chinese or thai take-out. But talked myself out of it (whew! dodged a bullet!). Instead, came home and made a boca burger in multigrain tortilla wrap with a l.c cheese
Had 1 large cup of coffee with half and half
Overall, I think I'm well under my 20 carbs.
No exercise today. Just didn't feel up to it. Too tired and will hit the bed early. Hope to feel revived and energized tommorrow.
