Had a lot of fun yesterday, despite it being housework day. And other then slicing the tops of my two first left hand fingers, I had a very good day.
Did my grocery shopping, made a huge slow cooker meal that will make meals for Ian for a whole week. Made filet mignon for the first time...delicious!
I also did one of the Walk Away the Pounds workouts - the one mile walk. And I played Wii Fit for 40 minutes, plus I challenged Ian to a bunch of games in Wii Sports. (And won them all! I play a lot of video games...)
Today I plan to do the two mile walking workout and I want to play some more Wii Fit and maybe some Dance Dance Revolution.

Um... slicing the tops off of your fingers doesn't sound like the ideal weightloss plan... but whatever works. :) I love your profile picture.

I love my Wii Fit! The more you play it, the more games you unlock. I actually track my weight daily in the Wii Fit channel. The games are super fun and some of them are crazy challenging, like the Super Hula Hoop. the first time I did it, I thought I was going to barf when I was done.
It's totally worth it - not as great as actually going to the gym or doing a full hour of yoga, but it reminds you to get moving and keeps you motivated.
