END of MONTH REVIEW for MARCH: Not much has happened because I didn't do much toward making things happen. MY NUMBERS: Arms,Bust...up an inch & Waist...up 1/2 an inch all other #'s remained the same.
Goals for APRIL- --Allow NO distractions/Accept NO excuses --Keep FOCUS on my efforts --Eat HEALTHY with the EOD --Drink my RDI of WATER --Exercise NO LESS than 30 min's daily/follow my outline --Keep LEARNING/APPLYING/CHALLENGING SELF --RECORD all data

ROCK ON, @TIC!!! BTW, I love your April goals. Could I suggest adding just one more? : "Be realistic" ... Ok, the biggest thing I've found that I have had to cope with (as well as so many other success stories on here have had to) is being "adult" about our eating habits. The moment people on here shift in their psychology to having a healthy understanding of their impulses, and work to accomodate them (in a healthy, occasional way), that's when they get real success on here. You can do it. YOU CAN SOOO DO THIS!!!
