Unfortunately I overslept this morning. Found out late yesterday, like 8pm, that in-laws are coming this weekend. Started trying to clean house and didn't get to bed til late. Then when the alarm went off, I just couldn't do it. I will have to workout this evening now and early Saturday morning before they get here. I know once they are here, no workout will be possible tomorrow evening.
Going to have to get groceries after work today, just trying to figure out what all to cook. My father-in-law has been dieting, lost 20 pounds since first of the year which is awesome for him, so want to make sure I provide healthy stuff for me and him :) Don't want to set either of us back. I let last weekend be my splurge weekend and this week I've been doing the Veggie and Fruit detox, so I have 2 more days of that. Don't want to let the weekend spoil my dedication to that challenge.
