I wouldn't exactly say the plateau is broken but at least I am back to my former "low" of 219.4 and that feels good. I'm cautiously optimistic that perhaps I am finished with whatever was going on with my body for the time being. My rings are looser again so perhaps it was water retention. Hard to say ... but at least it is a shift!! Will see what tomorrow brings!!!
