Good Morning, FS Warriors! Yay! Down a pound. Actually, I'm kind of surprised because I've been hovering at that 242.5 mark for about a week and a half. Makes me wonder now though if I would have had a five pound weight loss if I hadn't eaten that great country breakfast for supper last night. :D Oh well, live and learn. Did my run/walk program this morning, followed by pushups and crunches. I know that it is overdoing it to try and do the Jillian Shred program and run 30 minutes on the treadmill, so I'm starting to consider doing Jillian in the evening. More romantic that way anyway. Hell, she doesn't seem to know what time of the day it is anyway. Won't matter to her.
Going to dinner and a movie tonight. There are so many movies that I want to watch, but I've got to pick one, and probably buy or rent the DVD's for the others. DW really wants to see Son of God, so we'll probably see that one. I also want to see Non Stop, All is Lost, and Monuments Men. Sure seems like a lot of good movies came out all at once. The only real restaurant in close proximity to the theater is Lonestar Steak House, so we'll probably go there. Oh what a shame! I'll probably have to eat a big juicy steak and baked potato. Oh, drat! :D

Seen Monuments Men - was pretty good. I've only been to two movies in a theater in nearly a decade so I didn't have much to judge on though.

I did the Jullian"s zumba at Curve's and I ending up drinking 32 oz of water in an hour and I was tried afterward and a little sore. I couldn't do all the exercises but I did what I could and I had a great time doing.

Seeing that you have all those years in the military, I'm guessing Monuments Men might be a winner, but who can say no to Liam Neeson in yet another heart-pounding thriller where he's the only guy in the world who knows he didn't do it and has to prove it? Have fun - enjoy the steak, but avoid the popcorn!

Ah, Mrsmole, the spirit was willing, but the flesh was weak. Ate the buttered popcorn, but only the buttery parts; got a little dry halfway through the bag. :) It was a night of unrestrained gluttony. I am actually watching a Liam Neeson movie, 'Seraphim Falls' right now on TV, as I recuperate from my carb overload.
