Goooood to be back here! I missed FS so much! I really have to figure out why I can't log in using my mobile.

Anyway, the training I attended went very well. I'm glad the buffet table had a salad selection for every meal. And I definitely made sure I was prepared with my cucumbers enough to last until the end of my trip. =P

I have mixed feelings about my weigh in tomorrow. I did not cheat and tried to compensate my missed stationary biking with very long walks around the city but it still depends on what the scale will ultimately show. No matter what, I feel great! Still motivated as ever and still putting my heart into this journey! =)

You sound great, so no matter what that scale says should be so proud for doing great while traveling -- traveling has been such a challenge for me, but one I'm working hard to fix! Good for you & good to have you back! xoxox

Thanks for the encouragement Ruhu, gabbygabby and springskinny! FS and FS buddies are definitely a big part of my progress so far. The support and just knowing that we are all in this journey together and looking out for each other is really important for me. We can all do this! Every choice counts! =)
