Anybody have any good ideas for a low-calorie tummy filling lunch?

Veggie chili (warm soup belly fills anyone) or plain oatmeal with a dash of honey and some craisins. Both make you feel very full and are low on calories and fat! Also, drink a generous glass of water 30ish minutes before lunch and you're more inclined to consume less :)

My lunch today consisted of 2 slices toasted white bread with French's mustard, Hillshire Farms Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, and a slice of Pepper Jack cheese and a side of pringles in the singles packs. The bread was warm being toasted and it was filling.

Tuna mixed with sweet relish on whole wheat bread served with a big salad! homemade veggie soup (soooo easy to cook in the crock pot!). chicken fajitas :)
