I've been teary eyed and depressed for days, crying and hiding my tears from those few who are around me. I always hide when I am feeling down. and here behind my computer screen, seeking solace, alone but not as alone as in reality, I find more support than anywhere else . . . .

"every choice counts" yes, unfortunately that' how I got here in the first place!

I know what you mean. I don't really have too many people in the physical, "real" world to support me, either. I'm not discounting my husband and grown daughter, but I too rely on the great people on this site. So sorry you have been depressed. I hope with the sunrise tomorrow, your spirits rise as well.

Well, I'm always alone but I never really feel lonely. I'm responding to you on my iPhone because I feel your pain. It's tough but there's so much support on this site. Maybe it sounds pathetic but I get more love here at this website and any other place in the world. I'm here for you and rooting for the cause. Just know that other are not all my friend. :-)

I am so sorry to hear this...part of our problem is our negative mental talk - it pulls us further and further down. I often will go on youtube and look up "positive thinking meditations"...the link below will take you to a quick 10 minute meditation.
