Draining day today. Trying to stay the course despite wanting to quit. Meals have been good and exercise was minimal, but at least went to the gym.
Meals: Breakfast: no time, coffee with half and half late lunch: Small stir fry with tofu dinner: veggie stir fry with beefless strips (soy sauce, etc.) 1 glass soy milk
Exercise: 30 mins on elliptical (legs felt tired, and was generally lacking energy).
Water intake has been abysmally low (barely a liter!).
Tomorrow's another day.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! You need to have things you can grab if you're in a hurry, like baggies of dried fruit and nuts or something. No time is no excuse, young lady! Great job going to the gym even when you were low on energy (from skipping breakfast, no doubt!)

NEVER GIVE UP! Do stay the course and do the best you can. You did good food-wise and you did exercise so I'd say you had a successful day!
