WOOHOO.....Down again this morning. That takes me over the 100 lb mark. Just 9 more pounds to my first goal. I think I set my first goal too far away and will make the next one easier to achieve. Mr C has raised his ugly head since I have been trying to go caffeine free but all has been resolved this morning.
It might be foggy, damp and wet outside but today is a good day. OH has 2 new hearing aids and the volume on radio, tv and music is now so much better. I can hear myself think again. Checkup for his Lymphoma was fine, Flu jabs done and only my mammogram this morning and everything will be hunky dory. Have a good day everyone
