Ummm...so yesterday I was really bad. Lots of pizza, lots of cheese bread, lots of soda.
So I'm surprised I'm only up like half a pound. This is exactly why I knew I'd be on Phase 1 for more than 2 weeks, because I'm not leaving this phase until I'm actually doing it right and getting results.
But Barack won, so it's okay :D
