I'm 21, and I lost over 40 pounds three years ago. I've gained almost all of it back (quite rapidly since I've gotten married, actually) and that's just not acceptable, and pretty depressing.
So here I go again!
Everyday is a new beginning.
I'm following Weight Watchers and currently get an allotment of 25 points per day. I do a fairly good job of following the program on the weekdays, but weekends kill me because I lose all sense of responsibility, in more ways than just eating.
So that's definitely what I need to work on.
I'm also aiming to exercise an hour each day with three or four of those workout sessions taking place at the gym (I'm not paying the fees for nothing!)
My weight goal is to be 135 by Valentine's Day '09, and my fitness goal is to run a five mile race December 27th of this year.
