Another misty morning. I just love the fruitfulnes of autumn, the colours and the morning dews that make cobwebs sparkle like jewels in the hedges. Swimming again this morning and another good aqua workout. Its good because there is no pressure on knees and hips. Isn't it amazing that exercise in the morning makes the whole day brighter and more purposeful. All I have to do now is work out how to lower the carbs in my diet.
