My bird also lost another 8 feathers from fright. He has hardly any on his wings anyway from losing them during the big quake last month. That shows how intense last nights aftershocks were....

Sorry to hear all that bad news squiggs. Did you have to go back on some of the meds? If they really help you, then definately use them. Best of luck to you and yours. I will also pray for you too.:) 

Thanks for the prayers. Trying really hard not to go back on the anti anxiety meds but am very tempted after the last 3 aftershocks... I got almost no sleep last night which doesn't help. Two of the aftershocks hit just before we went to bed. TOM is due too just to add to it all LOL. He seems attracted to large earth movements ROFL!!!!! 

You're sense of humor through this all is what is keeping you together. Hang on to that and you will be able to conquer anything. Try to enjoy your day and talk soon.:) 

where are you? I heard there was one in puerto rico, hope all is well with you.
