I'm trying to find a good running route in my new neighborhood. I've lived here before for years, but I've never ran here before so trying to figure out the best route is tough. Especially because I live in a neighborhood full of hills!
I did a 4k run this afternoon that was pretty good. Started off uphill and leveled off for a bit, then a short steep hill at the end which was nice. I'm used to running 5k+ though so I'll have to figure out a few extra roads to do.
The hills are a nice little added challenge I'm not used to! I'll be a buff runner in no time!! Today's Run: Distance: 4km

Yep, hills make running quite a challenge. If you see other runners in the area you ask them about some decent, safe routes to run. Or you can run the route that you're doing now...twice! lol I'm proud of ya. Keep it up
