The weight is still coming off somewhat consistently, though it has slowed down a bit. I missed a couple days of exercise last week because of meetings at work, but if the same thing continues to happen I'm going to be more diligent about exercising in the evening. I'm starting to fit into clothes that I haven't worn for 3 years, so it's time to give away all the bigger ones.
