So far doing really well with food yesterday and today and I'm going to keep continuing to eat healthy! I am going to have a glass of wine tonight to celebrate the coming of Friday (in all honesty, I just need one after today!) Well, that is all I have today! Hopefully tomorrow or after this weekend, I can say that I actually worked out...it's been a week!
