Start my 12 week BL Bootcamp Challenge. Dusted off my 30 Day Shred DVD and ready to get back on track. So far no loss, but no gain either since last weigh in. TOM is around the corner so I hope that brings me bloat relief soon.

Downloaded a Great Trainer App for my Blackberry. Planning to use for Walk/Run in the evenings. Walking on Treadmill in summer is just not me, I want to enjoy being outside. My treadmill is more my wintertime machine :) Even the heat and humidity in Texas. Working up a sweat makes me feel like I am accomplishing something!!

Here is to week 1 of my Challenge. I am ready to for scales to begin moving back down again! Going to Sea World in 2 weeks so would like to fit comfortably in my capris from last summer by then! I had some really good photos of me last summer trip and don't want to look at this summer and be ashamed.
