Started my hour long cardio days today..did 65 mins on treadmill and burned abt 560 cal and 3.66 miles. It got more manageable after tge initial 20 mins and pushing past tgr barrier..did 4 runs of respectively 5 mins. 4, 3.5, and 3. Induction has been good beginning: tofu panfried 4c soy milk 1.5c veggies 4c sauce 2c salsa 1c cream 2c cheese 1c macademia 5 nuts 2c soy milk postworkout 3c total: abt 20 carbs Mind over matter and to focus and have a diifferent attitude toward food..not to think of them anymore as things I crave and that I'm missing out...
