.3 this morning,very slow but steady. Off to weight training class.

Hi Donna, slow but steady is the way to go! You're doing well, congrats. I go to Silver Sneakers and Zumba Gold at 24 Hour Fitness, as well as the regular Zumba & Aqua classes. Luckily there's one about 2 miles from me that has lots of choices of classes and times.

We live in a small community so many choices, All we have is the "Y" they do have a lot of programs. I never learned to swim,sounds kind of funny living on the coast. Think it will go on my bucket list LOL. Keep up the great work.
