HCB - that is the same experience I had. Last week my hairdresser (same one I've had for years) noticed that I had lost weight. Of course, what really matters is that we notice.

Yeah - that we notice is great...but the encouragement from others is helpful to me, too! Not essential or necessary because I am losing for me and my health - but nice to hear.

I have to tell you my most interesting *you've lost weight* story -- the tech who did my mammogram asked me if I had lost weight - when I told her YES, she said, you're going to have to see the difference - it was amazing - simply amazing.

It's just great when people FINALLY start noticing! Weight is such a personal, touchy subject that it probably took the beer for them to feel comfortable enough saying what they'd been thinking for awhile now. Soak it all in and enjoy!

Buffy, when I am in the kitchen, doing what I love to do, the music is always on so it is easy to kind of move to the groove so to speak!
