The reason I started on Keto a few months back was to lower my blood sugar. I have a sugar addiction out of this world. While Keto turned out to be not my cup of tea, it started a weight loss and blood sugar drop. Since then, I have been introducing carbs back and with a wallop. I'm still losing a pound every few weeks but the blood sugar is creeping back up. What works for me is whatever I want for lunch basically, a nice carby treat late afternoon (today was over the top) and very low carb in the evening. I am back on that track.
