I am a 56 year old divorced woman, mom, daughter and friend. I work from home and care for my mom whom has a smidgen of dementia. Life is difficult at times, mostly a mental fatigue. I stay active. I love the gym but I am challenged to work out in the gym and not get sick or depleted. I have tried sticking to a strict workout diet, resting well, etc but it stops me in my tracks eventually.
I stress eat. I have bad eating habits but they are improving daily. I am so glad I found this site because it brings full center the dysfunction of my food relationship.
I crack up when I see my snacks are greater than my meals but this app doesn't have a way to enter small meals. I enjoy viewing other's profiles and journals. What I am finding is most of us have a love/hate relationship with food. I guess that is why we are here.
