Came down with a stomach bug on Thursday night and was sick all Friday, most of Saturday. Could not keep anything down... it was pretty rough and I'm glad its over! Pretty much ate nothing for 2 days! Got my appetite back yesterday though and stayed on plan... here is to a new week! Happy Monday!
