Here's my daily confession:)
Was working last night until 2.30 am!! Damn my conscientiousness! Skipped workout this morning, slept until 11 am (yeah, yeah, i needed it..and so no guilt about it). No breakfast, went straight to lunch (healthy!). Been drinking lots of water. Workout well around 5 pm (heart rate b/w 130-145), and have conserved points well, coz I wanna go out now for dinner and drinks. Dinner's going to be at a healthy middle-eastern eatery, so will use the points for two rounds of drinks. Tomorrow morning I'm hoping to go workout in my bldg. gym at 8.30am and then follow it up with this cool-sounding cross-fit workout session in my neighborhood gym (apparently it's free!). Hopefully I'll have good news to report as of later tonight and tomorrow. BTW, weight's still hovering around 175, give or take a pound....but who's watching, right?!:)
Meals for the day: Breakfast: none Lunch: 1 whole wheat pita toasted with grilled veggies and bean curd, and a bit of red fat. crumbled feta (3-4) 1 wasa cracker (1) with red. fat peanut butter (1) Coffee with skim milk (0.5) Dinner: Mujadara pocket (pita 4 points, lentils 2 points, rice 3 points, yogurt/tahini dressing 3 pts, fried onions 2 pts)
Drinks: 4 drinks (8 pts)
Total pts: 28.5 pts
