The plateau remains--uncombated!
All the usual, worked out for 30 mins in the am, good breakfast, lunch, and dinner was out in a restaurant, but skipped drinks, and had 1 entree--unavoidable--but may not help actually lose the weight. I was reading all the helpful comments from before, and I guess I need to do something different to shake off this plateau. Tomorrow won't be it though, as I have to go to a winetaasting (probably spit it all, but if it's really good, I may actually have to drink a bit :( (woe is me ;))
I don't know...maybe tomrorow morning's workout should be serious--including weight-lifting, and maybe that'll combat some of the evening points.
Meals for today: Breakfast: Kashi go lean cereal with skim milk (3) coffee with cream (2 cups, 1 point) Lunch: Whole wheat pasta with veggies (5?) Snack: 1 apple (1) 1 pc.chocolate (2?) Dinner: 1 Veggie Boxty (Irish Pancake--potatoes and cream sauce): (10-15?) With max points, I'm still at 27 points, so not bad!!
