Gearing up to start the Whole 30 challenge! I'm really trying to psych myself up for this. This is exciting! I'll be exploring a new food plan and discovering new recipes!!! On the other hand, I'm crazy tired and just want to deal with grab-and-go food (love my chimichangas!). My real hope is that this will turn things around and give me the alertness and energy I need to start living life again. This is going to be time intensive food prep. I'm ok. I've got this. I really want a nap.
